To deliver your order, we share your name, delivery address, telephone number, email and order contents with our fulfilment partners and carriers in the EU, only to the extent necessary.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers shown at checkout. They process your payment data as independent controllers or as our processors, in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable payment-security standards.

Our company is established in the United Arab Emirates, and some of our service providers may be located outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland. Where personal data is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (and the corresponding Swiss safeguards). Send your request to info@bitemarketplace.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We will respond within one month, which may be extended by two further months for complex requests, in which case we will inform you.

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you. Automated fraud checks by payment providers may be used to secure transactions.
